Sr. Genesys Cloud Implementation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead engineer for Genesys Cloud implementation, migration, upgrades
• Design, configure, develop and support Genesys tech and contact solutions
• Design and support IVR/ACD scripts for Genesys Cloud CX
• Contribute to solution architecture and design decisions
• Execute projects and support across Genesys products
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with business impact

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IP Telephony and VoIP
• Experience with VoIP equipment and support
• 3+ years with Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud)
• Associate degree in IT; bachelor preferred
• Genesys Cloud CX cert is a plus
• Knowledge of media/voice gateways; SIP preferred
