- Provide ongoing support for enterprise applications and infrastructure technologies
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather information and understand product performance, quality
- Contribute accurate estimates and deliver projects on schedule.

- Evaluate emerging technologies to identify modernization opportunities.
- Perform application and infrastructure testing to meet quality standards and requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 5+ years of IT experience with enterprise applications/infrastructure.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to analyze data for performance and
- Experience with testing, IT standards, quality practices, and security requirements.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
