Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform, document, and oversee product testing to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop test plans and execute environmental and electrical tests.
• Analyze data and prepare engineering reports for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with customers, technicians, and engineers to ensure timely test execution.
• Maintain and optimize testing procedures and SOPs for equipment and tests.
• Support regulatory audits and continuous improvement initiatives in the lab.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• 10+ years in environmental testing, sustaining, or reliability engineering
• Hands-on with climatic, mechanical, and corrosion test equipment
• Experience with data acquisition, test automation, and analysis tools (LabVIEW, MATLAB, Minitab
• Knowledge of ISO 17025, regulatory standards, RCCA/FMEA/ Six Sigma
• Ability to work in a fast-paced testing environment; U.S. work authorization
