📋 Description

• Program planning: monthly & quarterly delivery with cross-cluster and customer teams.
• Agile execution: coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Cadence facilitation: daily/weekly cadences incl. daily scrum and scrums.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Eng, Biz Dev, Customer Success.
• Defect triage leadership with internal and customer teams.
• Governance meetings: provide insights via scalable processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Program milestones definition and execution oversight.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Customer liaison and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency with program mgmt tools; Jira and Confluence preferred.
• Strong communication; analytical thinking; flexibility in delivery.
