📋 Description

• Build and lead Attio’s Product Security function for a large AI-native SaaS platform.
• Work with Engineering Leadership to ensure secure-by-design practices.
• Mitigate risks from AI-driven features and AI-assisted development.
• Lead production security incident response and drive remediation.
• Recruit and retain a world-class Security Engineering and SecOps team.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Application Security in a high-scale SaaS context.
• Experience with SaaS security tools for prevention, detection, remediation.
• First-class incident response skills across lifecycle.
• Ability to recruit, mentor, and scale Information Security teams.
