📋 Description

• Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR implementations across the full lifecycle, from discovery and
• Serve as the primary functional lead and subject matter expert for Global Human Resources and Core
• Design and configure complex Oracle Cloud HCM processes, including enterprise structures, workforce
• Support Oracle Payroll initiatives by aligning HR and payroll processes, data structures
• Facilitate client, executive, and stakeholder workshops to understand business needs, define
• Lead fit-gap analyses, solution architecture discussions, and provide recommendations based on

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Oracle Cloud HCM consulting experience, including at least 4 years of
• Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Strong expertise in Global HR, workforce management, and Core HR business processes.
• Experience supporting Oracle Payroll implementations or payroll-related initiatives, with the
• Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing workshops, facilitate complex discussions, and manage
• Hands-on experience with data conversion, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
