📋 Description

• Help shape and strengthen the IR function's processes, materials, and infrastructure, including
• Support in the preparation of investor communications, including board decks, shareholder updates
• Develop and refine Helsing's equity story and company positioning for key events (M&A
• Act as a point of contact for existing and prospective investors, managing relationships with the
• Collaborate with the CFO and Finance to translate performance metrics into clear external narratives
• Prepare for investor meetings and board engagements with founders, the VP Corporate Development

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or related field with
• Experience preparing investor materials such as board decks, shareholder updates, or fundraising
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to sophisticated external audiences
• Ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders (CFO, founders, board, investors) and
