📋 Description

• Support setup, changeover and packaging on a finishing line
• Contribute to a safety-focused, quality-driven team
• Operate and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment
• Perform in-process checks and samples during production
• Maintain 6S and drive improvements with cross-functional teams
• Escalate safety/quality issues promptly

🎯 Requirements

• High school or equivalent; technical cert/degree preferred
• Strong quality mindset and policy adherence
• Good communication with engineering/mechanical teams
• Basic computer skills; able to learn new software
• Experience with POMs/SAP/MAXIMO preferred
• Understanding of cGMP; able to stand 8-12 hrs/day
