Mid Software Engineer - Support L3

📋 Description

• Level 3 escalation point for complex production issues, supporting L1/L2 teams.
• Analyze and resolve applications, databases, and report issues across legacy and .NET platforms.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and permanent solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Manage critical incidents with SLA compliance and minimize business impact.
• Improve system stability by identifying recurring issues and optimizing app behavior.
• Application upgrades, patches, and minor production enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years hands-on experience with VB6, MS SQL, and .NET Core.
• SDLC experience with Agile/Scrum; cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong OOP understanding; able to solve technical problems.
• Web app development with .NET Core (6/7/8), C#, Asp.net Core, MVC, Web API.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Technical Skills: VB6, .NET Core, C#; MS SQL Server, SSRS, Crystal Reports; RCA/SLA; Agile/Scrum.
