AI Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Build semantic search across data lakes, databases, and literature via APIs.
• Develop NLP, translation, and multi-document summarization for science/tech gaps.
• Create intelligent chatbots for role-based enterprise guidance.
• Design NLP-driven ingestion and ETL/ELT pipelines for unified data Fabric.
• Implement Explainable AI techniques for transparent model recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years engineering production AI/ML systems (3+ years with Master/PhD).
• Hands-on NLP/LLMs: fine-tuning, embeddings, vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, FAISS).
• Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex; FastAPI/REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, graphs, data lakes; secure data handling.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance (or higher); eligible for TS/SCI.
