Member of Technical Staff — Software Engineer (Backend)

📋 Description

• Build end-to-end product features across APIs, backend services, and data models.
• Design, build, and evolve scalable backend APIs and data flows for multi-tenant SaaS.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ship cohesive features.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Investigate production issues and participate in on-call rotation.
• Improve observability, performance, security, and reliability across services.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production web apps or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong backend programming with Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience designing APIs, backend services, and SDKs.
• Familiar with relational and NoSQL DBs, asynchronous processing, and scalable systems trade-offs.
• Shipped user-facing features with focus on usability, performance, reliability, and security.
