Java Development Consultant

📋 Description

• Designs, estimates, and implements technical solutions for medium/high complexity applications.
• Participates actively in all phases of the application development lifecycle.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
• Promotes IT industry standards, tools, and practices (DevOps, etc.) to deliver well-engineered
• Escalates risks/issues and proposes improvements in development activities.
• Participates in peer reviews and learns new technologies to apply to projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong understanding of OOP, Functional programming, design/architectural patterns, and clean code
• Proficient in Java, IntelliJ IDEA, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Gradle; Kotlin a nice-to-have.
• Experience with SQL and platform-specific databases.
• Git or similar version control, testing/mocking frameworks.
• HTTP, REST, JSON, TCP/IP knowledge; Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN).
