Sales and Design Consultant

📋 Description

• Design and measure custom storage solutions with our CAD tool
• Attend customers' homes to assess needs and propose solutions
• Meet/exceed sales targets via referrals and repeat business
• Coordinate with installation team for project completion
• Participate in meetings and training sessions
• Manage a portfolio of projects/clients in a dynamic env

🎯 Requirements

• Interior design education or in-home sales experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365; laptop/tablet use required
• Experience with Salesforce, CAD, or design software preferred
• Creative yet detail-oriented with craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
