Associate Director— FP&A & EPM Advisory

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end FP&A and EPM design for complex orgs
• Develop operating models, calendars, governance, and performance metrics
• Guide client workshops across people, process, data, and technology
• Design target operating models and multi-year transformation roadmaps
• Lead delivery teams and manage client relationships
• Partner with data and analytics teams to connect EPM to finance data ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 9+ years in FP&A, finance transformation, or EPM advisory; 5+ years in consulting
• Experience with ERP, consolidation, intercompany, statutory reporting
• Strong facilitation of workshops (Kaizen, human-centered design) preferred
• Familiarity with OneStream strongly preferred; other platforms OK (Anaplan, Planful, Oracle
• ERP and analytics tools experience (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) a plus
