Vice President, Global Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• Own all aspects of global accounting operations, including monthly/quarterly close, consolidations
• Lead corporate tax strategy and compliance, including international tax planning and transfer
• Build and manage treasury operations across multiple currencies/entities.
• Own procurement and vendor management; negotiate contracts and manage spend.
• Design and scale accounting infrastructure (ERP, billing, close automation).
• Establish a SOX-ready internal control environment and audit readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in accounting/finance with leadership in a high-growth SaaS/consumption-based company.
• CPA; Big 4 background preferred.
• US GAAP expertise, ASC 606 revenue recognition for consumption-based models.
• Experience scaling tax/treasury, international multi-entity/multi-currency ops.
• Proven ability to scale accounting infra/teams during rapid growth.
• IPO prep experience strongly preferred.
