Senior Manager – Finance Transformation (Record to Report)

📋 Description

• Hybrid role in Finance Process Optimization & Transformation
• Design, document, and scale end-to-end Record to Report processes and controls across global Finance
• Drive automation and governance to enable a world-class Finance function
• Partner with Finance and IT to institutionalize knowledge and build scalable operating models
• Lead cross-geo process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Leverage AI/ML, RPA, and automation to surface improvements and accelerate close cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading end-to-end Record to Report finance transformations
• Deep R2R expertise with Tax and Treasury familiarity
• Hands-on with BlackLine or similar close-management platforms
• Data-driven, Lean transformation experience; able to map processes and drive scalable finance models
• Experience scaling R2R in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and AI-driven process tools (e.g., Klarity)
