Analyst, Workday HCM

📋 Description

• Support configuration, maintenance, and improvement of Workday HCM and related HR systems.
• Maintain Workday security, business processes, tenant configuration, data loads, system upgrades
• Partner with HR functional teams to translate non-technical requirements into clear technical
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and deliver Workday enhancements and system improvements.
• Provide troubleshooting and post-production migration support for Workday and other HR technology
• Serve as a Workday HCM subject matter expert, helping teams understand capabilities and best

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience working with Workday HCM; 2+ years preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of Workday HCM functionality (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits
• Strong understanding of HR systems, business processes, technical interdependencies, configuration
• Experience with Workday security, BP configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, releases, and
