Pre Sales Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with EMEA AEs across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Channel to lead technical demos
• Own security/compliance review for EMEA deals — questionnaires, RFPs, DPAs, data residency
• Work across the integration ecosystem and discuss Developer & Integration Platform and API
• Investigate issues via logs/data to isolate and escalate product bugs.
• Represent the EMEA customer in roadmap discussions; bring regional requirements to Product.
• Educate the revenue team on technical topics like SAML, SCIM, OAuth, directory sync, and cloud
