📋 Description

• Lead Identity and Fraud & Risk platform roadmap
• Oversee authentication, account lifecycle, and identity signals
• Partner with Product, Security, Data Science, and Legal
• Coach and grow a backend/platform engineering team
• Ensure reliability, on-call practices, and incident post-mortems
• Balance speed with security and compliance in a high-scale system

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering; 2+ years leadership
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems in identity/fraud/risk
• Backend/Platform focus; Go/Java/Python
• Cloud familiarity (AWS or GCP); Postgres/DynamoDB/Redis
• People leadership: hiring, coaching, career growth
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Security, Legal
