Field Service Engineer 2 - Second Shift

📋 Description

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products in assigned territory
• Fulfill service agreements and warranty obligations; exceed customer expectations
• Travel ~60% within travel policy; reside within 30 miles of territory
• Coordinate system/hardware delivery and installation; perform administrative duties
• Maintain tools, vehicles, laptops, iPads, and other assets; support sales/training activities
• Demonstrate HIPAA and OR protocol knowledge; participate in continuous improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years Field Service experience preferred
• Associate’s degree or equivalent training/experience preferred
• Troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems; good communication skills
• General computer skills; clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and move heavy objects
