📋 Description

• Build our agent platform and tooling
• Operationalize AI in the SDLC with day-to-day engineering workflows
• Ship applied AI features end-to-end from prototype to production

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering
• Direct experience on an Applied AI/product AI team building LLM- or ML-powered features
• Demonstrated judgment in agent-driven development and API/backend design
• Strong backend/system design, observability, and scalability skills
• Ability to mentor peers and advocate best practices for AI-enabled software
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving cross-functional outcomes
