📋 Description

• Architecture team drives platform modernization
• Embedded role partnering with engineering teams
• Apply AI-assisted and SDD practices with TSA stack
• Hands-on with engineers to deliver outcomes
• Define standards for tooling, coding, AI usage, docs
• Write and review Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and RFCs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software dev, backend focus
• Distributed systems and event-driven exp
• TypeScript/Node.js preferred; other typed languages ok
• Experience with containerization
• Interest in AI tooling and AI-assisted dev
• Strong communication; able to lead and speak up
