📋 Description

• Pre-Sales architect helping national security and defense agencies understand Claude and how to
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to guide customers from discovery to deployment
• Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise.
• Create technical content for diverse audiences, from deep dives for engineers to business-value
• Guide technical architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude with existing systems.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude’s performance for their use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• US citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience in US national security/defense or intelligence agencies.
• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical
• Experience navigating complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including executives.
• Strong technical communication and ability to translate requirements between tech and business
