• 5+ years managing program managers of complex cross-functional technical programs.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
• Technical proficiency to clarify architecture, trade-offs, dependencies, and risks.
• Excellent analytical and strong written/verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.
