Sample Extraction Manager

📋 Description

• Manage, coordinate, and oversee test article extraction activities for toxicology studies.
• Supervise Sample Preparation Scientists and ensure work aligns with protocols and GLP.
• Act as primary technical/operational contact for clients, Study Directors, and lab personnel.
• Translate client requirements into clear, executable preparation instructions.
• Develop worksheets, extraction instructions, and controlled documentation.
• Coordinate schedules and resources to meet study timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in toxicology, biology, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field
• Experience in test article extractions or related lab preparations; supervisory experience required
• Strong integrity, organizational skills, and meticulous record-keeping; GLP adherence essential.
• Ability to perform calculations and follow detailed protocols.
• Proven ability to train staff and manage departmental SOPs and training materials.
• Experience with QA, audits, and regulatory inspections is a plus.
