Senior Manager, QA Engineering – Cloud Networking

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and scale QA engineers and SDETs across manual, automation, performance, security
• Define End to End Integration and System quality strategy for Cloud Networking portfolio
• Own test planning/execution for cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS apps
• Champion shift-left quality with AI, automated testing, CI/CD gates, observability
• Partner with Engineering/Product to assess release readiness and manage risk
• Build and scale test frameworks for APIs, microservices, UI, and cloud integration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in software quality, 4+ in leadership
• Cloud-based/SaaS testing, networking domain preferred
• Hands-on automation: Selenium, Cypress, PyTest, Robot Framework
• CI/CD, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices
