📋 Description

• Lead design, development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for current and
• Drive NPI activities: process design, line layouts, tooling, labor models, and ramp plans from
• Develop and maintain standardized work instructions and documentation for repeatable, high-quality
• Conduct time studies (MODAPTS, MOST, PMTS, or stopwatch) to establish labor standards and identify
• Perform capacity studies, line balancing, and production modeling to meet demand.
• Analyze OEE, cycle times, and production metrics to boost throughput and equipment utilization.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes end-to-end (NPI through high-volume).
• Hands-on time studies using MOST, MODAPTS, PMTS, or traditional methods.
• Strong standard work, labor balancing, work measurement, and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Experience with capacity analysis, production planning, line balancing, and OEE analysis.
• Project management across cross-functional manufacturing initiatives.
• Lean Manufacturing expertise: value stream mapping, waste elimination, Kaizen, visual management
