Staff Software Engineer - Agent Platform

📋 Description

• Join the Agent Platform team in Seattle to build AI agent capabilities across Qualtrics.
• Collaborate with engineers, ML experts, product managers, and security architects to run agents
• Design robust AI architectures and algorithms for large-scale enterprise SaaS AI solutions.
• Evaluate AI tech and guide direction of agentic capabilities across product lines.
• Lead technical roadmap and provide code reviews and guidance to teammates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s in CS, AI, or related field.
• 8+ years as a Software Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, and AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph).
• Strong cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying AI models.
• Experience with security/governance for agentic workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
