📋 Description

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in home settings per care plan.
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform client assessments and educate patients and families; monitor patient condition.
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current nursing license in good standing in Arizona.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; prior home health and OASIS experience preferred.
