📋 Description

• Lead and manage a small team of full-stack engineers
• Maintain and enhance an Azure/.NET/Angular e-signature platform
• Collaborate with UI designers and product owners on Angular features
• Ensure reliability, security, and auditability of the platform
• Oversee deployments, incidents, and on-call support
• Drive continuous improvement and leverage AI-assisted development tools

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years delivering large-scale distributed systems
• 6+ years with .NET Framework/Standard/Core
• 3+ years with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience building reusable Angular components and REST APIs
• Experience leading a small engineering team
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product and IT
