Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for a meaningful portion of our product ecosystem, from early exploration
• Translate complex financial concepts and workflows into clear, approachable customer experiences.
• Set a high bar for interaction design, visual design, and overall product quality.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to define problems, explore possibilities, and
• Bring a strong design point of view to cross-functional conversations and advocate constructively
• Use research, data, business context, and sound design judgment to guide decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience designing and shipping complex digital products
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking alongside polished visual and UI execution
• Experience owning ambiguous product spaces and moving work forward
• Strong interaction-design fundamentals and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and storytelling to explain decisions
• Practical familiarity with AI tools in design
