• Strategic Transformation: Lead the strategic roadmap and digital transformation of the FP&A
• System Consolidation Strategy: Inherit a dual-system landscape (IBM Planning Analytics and Workday
• Team Leadership & Upskilling: Lead two direct reports, mentor and upskill team during platform

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive FP&A or Finance Transformation experience (10+ years) in a high-growth
• Hands-on knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning and IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) or comparable
• Proven track record leading end-to-end platform consolidations and vendor management in migrations.
• People leadership with ability to upskill technical staff through changes.
• Modern analytics stack familiarity: Tableau or Power BI, SQL, data warehousing, and automation
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/IS or related; MBA/CPA preferred; deep understanding of P&L
