Senior PHP Application Engineer

📋 Description

• Maintain, stabilize, and improve existing PHP applications, backend services, and integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve production defects, performance problems, and data/integration issues.
• Develop features when needed while ensuring safe, maintainable changes.
• Work with legacy PHP code and improve without disruption.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, DBAs, and security teams to ensure stable delivery.
• Support GEO engineering initiatives and modernization plans for PHP systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years professional PHP experience, 3+ years with Symfony
• Modern PHP 8.x with strict typing
• Deep Symfony 6.x LTS knowledge (DI, Security, Messenger)
• Experience with RabbitMQ/AMQP and message-driven architectures
• Strong Doctrine ORM + PostgreSQL skills
• REST API design and documentation (OpenAPI)
