📋 Description

• Develop in-house machining capability for tool & die team and deliver high-quality precision
• Analyze piece parts and assemblies for DFM to optimize manufacturability
• Create collaborative plans with design, upstream production, and support teams
• Work between manufacturing and design engineers, machinists, technicians, and quality personnel
• Implement machining process controls for lights-out production

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• 3+ years of experience with CNC machining
