Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end order-to-cash: billing, revenue recognition, credit, collections, cash
• Direct offshore AR team management in Bangladesh
• Develop collections strategies using data-driven insights
• Build and maintain standard operating procedures
• Drive accountability for offshore team output and engagement
• Build relationships with internal and external customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
• 10+ years AR/credit/collections, 3+ years in management
• Knowledge of ASC 606
• Experience managing offshore teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• ERP/financial systems experience (NetSuite strongly preferred)
