Job Description
📋 Description
- Perform scheduled diabetic eye exams (retinal screenings) using company-provided imaging equipment.
- Travel to provider practices and patient homes; travel expenses covered by the company.
- Operate retinal imaging equipment after training and maintain competency through ongoing training.
- Manage a daily eye exam schedule and coordinate travel logistics.
- Build strong relationships with coworkers, customers, providers, payers, and care teams.
- Support quality improvement, patient outreach, and customer success as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- Willingness to travel daily, up to 100%, to provider practices; no prior eye exam or imaging
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Associate degree or greater in a related field.
- 1–3 years in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, quality measures, medical billing or coding.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and healthcare systems.
