Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Join iFIT's Engineering and Product org to build software across core business and Tailor.
• Write, test, and ship production code under guidance in an agile, fast-moving environment.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams; participate in code reviews and triage
• Develop automated tests (unit/integration) to maintain coverage and reliability.
• Document work and communicate progress and blockers clearly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language: Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or C#.
• Working knowledge of Git, branching, PRs, and code reviews.
• Foundational data structures, algorithms, and SQL relational database knowledge.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and cloud concepts (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to ask for help and document work well.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay Range: $85,000 — $100,000 USD
