• Own scalable core processes to improve CI, reliability, and quality in Camunda 8 repos and
• Drive AI-first engineering lifecycle with automated workflows, dependency management, and CI
• Collaborate with infra and software teams to ensure smooth workflows and robust dependency

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Software Engineering experience; preferably Java
• Specialization: Fullstack or Backend
• Operational excellence beyond coding: CI/CD, dependency management, release process, metrics, build
• Experience with CI tools and automation: GitHub Actions, Maven, Docker, Shell/Python
• Collaborative, platform-oriented mindset; strong cross-team collaboration
• Experience with developer experience tools and AI adoption
