Senior Software Engineer, Online Giving

📋 Description

• Lead and contribute to full-stack development for donor-facing forms, pages, and admin tools with a
• Shape and harden payment flows (one-time, recurring, memberships) across Stripe, ACH, and digital
• Work across UI components, backend services, and database tuning to ensure performance and
• Own projects end-to-end: architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, Designer, and engineers to translate user needs and goals into
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to coding standards, debt refinement, and security

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on, real-world development experience.
• Full-stack proficiency: a modern front-end framework (React or Vue.js) plus a backend
• System design experience with scalable, incremental implementations.
• Strong SQL database skills: schema design, query optimization, data integrity.
• API design and RESTful service integration.
• Test-driven mindset: unit, integration, and end-to-end testing; CI/CD experience.
