• Design and execute long term reliability test during product development
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to ensure flight hardware reliability
• Develop and validate test/inspection processes for products
• Lead reliability projects with cross-functional teams
• Investigate failures to identify root causes and mitigate risks
• Drive corrective actions to prevent factory escapes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• 5+ years in manufacturing, quality, or design engineering
