Civil Project Manager, Starbase Development

📋 Description

• Lead delivery of civil construction projects across residential, commercial, and industrial
• Manage projects from conception through construction completion and closeout, coordinating with
• Serve as primary liaison between design teams, utility operations, facilities, stakeholders
• Oversee permitting and inspection processes with AHJs and internal teams.
• Write, negotiate, and manage design and construction contracts through close-out.
• Resolve field design/construction issues with pragmatic, fast-moving solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering.
• 3+ years of experience managing civil construction projects.
• Experience with residential land development, utilities, and subdivision infrastructure.
• Knowledge of grading plans, stormwater design, and utility/water/wastewater systems.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam Revu, and project scheduling software.
• Strong written/verbal communication and ability to represent SpaceX externally.
