📋 Description

• Provide strategic and day-to-day guidance on European and global labor and employment matters.
• Handle investigations, disciplinary issues, performance management, terminations, litigation, and
• Draft and negotiate employment contracts and senior executive agreements; ensure compliance with
• Support HR, M&A activity, diligence, and works council consultations (EU Acquired Rights
• Assist with EU and global HR initiatives and navigate works councils and trade unions.
• Manage external counsel for specialized matters and monitor regulatory developments.

🎯 Requirements

• European law degree with post-graduate qualifications in European employment law desirable.
• Active legal credentials in a European jurisdiction.
• 5+ years’ experience in European labor and employment law, in-house at tech firms and/or top law
• Strong knowledge of works council, trade unions, and country-specific legal frameworks; experience
• Clear business acumen; ability to translate legal advice into actionable guidance for global
• Excellent communication; comfortable using AI/tech to improve legal workflows.
