📋 Description

• Executing comprehensive maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, including critical preventive
• Conducting essential plumbing and electrical repairs, encompassing water pipe modifications
• Strictly adhering to all applicable regulations and safety standards (OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, NFPA, ASME
• Efficiently completing assigned work orders and preventive maintenance tasks with utmost attention
• Providing crucial support for general maintenance tasks, including pest control, minor repairs, and
• Engaging in professional collaboration with managers and supervisors to maintain optimal operating

🎯 Requirements

• Academic training related to refrigeration, electricity, and/or plumbing is required.
• Must have a valid license and be a member of a professional association related to HVAC and
• Certification in air conditioning and refrigeration systems is requered.
• Four years of professional experience working with refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical
• Knowledge in refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical safety, piping, pipe fittings, rotating
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration, motors, and mechanical operating theory.
