Enterprise Customer Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Drive each merchant to a successful launch from pre-sales through post-launch
• Build and manage work-back schedules to bring merchants live on time
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for go-live dates and custom builds
• Configure AI Agent and automation to meet merchant goals
• Maintain executive communication and remove roadblocks to protect go-live dates
• Act as primary liaison between customer and internal teams during onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in SaaS implementations or enterprise client services
• Proven project management across multi-workstreams
• Technical experience with AI Agents, data migrations, APIs, and integrations
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage up to 20 accounts/projects concurrently
• Able to adapt to changing product developments and processes
