Technical Services Engineer - Weekend Shift

📋 Description

• Provide expert MongoDB tech support to customers
• Advisor on architecture, performance, security, and recovery
• Mentor and ramp new team members
• Hybrid weekend schedule with 1hr lunch break
• Work with FedRAMP program and US citizen requirements
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams for issue triage

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Linux/system engineering, including perf, memory, IO
• Networking concepts: DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS
• Storage engineering: NAS/SAN/SSD, multi-pathing
• Experience with production databases at scale
• Reading code; scripting in Java, Python, Ruby, C/C++/JS/Go
• Understand workloads for performance and availability
