📋 Description
- Lead aerospace/robotics programs across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Fulfillment to scope and execute complex
- Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and budget.
- Provide SME guidance on aerospace and robotics requirements, quality, and timelines.
- Drive production timeline improvements and cost reductions.
- Communicate status and align stakeholders through regular meetings.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Robotics, or related field.
- 5+ years managing programs in aerospace, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with NPD/NPI, CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing, and Assembly.
- Customer-facing skills to lead complex engagements with aerospace/robotics clients.
- Structured project leadership with risk and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication across multicultural teams.
