Performance Tester/Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing for
• Establish benchmarks, KPIs, workload models, and objectives from SLAs and demand.
• Build and maintain performance testing environments in AWS cloud.
• Develop automated test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or K6.
• Integrate perf testing into CI/CD for continuous validation.
• Analyze bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years in integration, regression, system, and automated testing of web apps.
• 5+ years in software performance testing/engineering; 3+ years with cloud/distributed systems.
• Strong JavaScript for scripting and automation.
• Expertise with JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or K6.
• Experience testing in AWS (EC2, ECS, CloudWatch, RDS).
