Job Description
📋 Description
- Implement enterprise-level system configurations for data center and edge hardware.
- Own process from hardware arrival to power-on, configuration, validation, and documentation.
- Create system configuration plans and execute power-on/burn-in procedures; perform
- Collaborate with Program Management, Account Coordinators, Product Engineering, Manufacturing
- Define and execute configuration procedures to ensure accurate, efficient delivery of configured
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and automation across configuration workstreams.
🎯 Requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with customers, technical resources, and
- Proven ability to gather and document customer requirements; experience with engineering change
- Strong knowledge of enterprise compute, storage, networking hardware; familiarity with x86/ARM
- Experience with firmware/BIOS/UEFI updates, OS/hypervisor image deployment, and automation tooling.
- Ability to develop system configuration plans, port mapping, IP addressing, VLANs, and related
- 5+ years of experience building and designing computer components into enterprise systems
