📋 Description

• Senior IT leader for internal tech environment (remote-first).
• Own admin, config, and improvements of core platforms like M365, Entra ID, Intune, Rippling.
• Lead IT initiatives from planning to execution; partner with leadership and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years IT ops, systems admin, or IT leadership.
• MS 365 admin experience (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID).
• IAM design: RBAC, Conditional Access, least-privilege, PIM.
• Zero Trust, MDM (Intune, Rippling, Jamf/Kandji or similar).
• Strong security/compliance: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST.
• Bilingual communication; able to translate tech to non-tech stakeholders.
