🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in US banking or regulated financial services.
• Proven builder/operator of first-line risk/control frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of US banking regulation and supervisory expectations.
• Experience with fiduciary, trust, custody or related banking activities.
• Strong understanding of the three lines of defence model.
• Comfort operating in a high-ambiguity, fast-scaling environment.
